My customer says money was deducted but I didn't get the payment. What should I do?

Ask your customer to wait a few minutes, as some payments take a little time to reflect. If it still doesn’t show in your Transaction History, ask them for their UPI reference (UTR) number and raise it via Help & Support. Most such payments are auto-reversed to the customer or credited to you within 24 to 48 hours, as per UPI rules.
