By when do I need to confirm the details, and what happens if I am not reachable?

Once the verification process begins, our Customer Support team will attempt to reach you: 

  • * We will make up to 3 call attempts within 1 hour. 

  • * You must provide confirmation within 3 hours from the time of the first call. 

  • * If the confirmation is not provided within this 3-hour window, the cheque will not be processed. 

  • * If we are unable to reach you, we will also send an email informing you about the verification attempts.
