Once the verification process begins, our Customer Support team will attempt to reach you:
* We will make up to 3 call attempts within 1 hour.
* You must provide confirmation within 3 hours from the time of the first call.
* If the confirmation is not provided within this 3-hour window, the cheque will not be processed.
* If we are unable to reach you, we will also send an email informing you about the verification attempts.
